\u5927\u5bb6\u5370\u8c61\u4e2d\u7684\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a21\u6a23\u5462\uff1f\u662f\u4e00\u7fa4\u4eba\u625b\u8457\u9f90\u5927\u7684\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u8ddf\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u5230\u8655\u8dcb\u5c71\u6d89\u6c34\u89c0\u661f\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u5728\u4f48\u6eff\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8457\u8271\u6df1\u7684\u7269\u7406\u3001\u6578\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u5462\uff1f\u5176\u5be6\u5c0d\u65bc\u5929\u6587\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u5169\u500b\u90fd\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u5594\uff01\u9019\u6b21\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b78\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u4e00\u65e5\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u5bb6\u300d\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u97ff\u61c9\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7684\u300c\u57fa\u790e\u79d1\u5b78\u4fc3\u9032\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u5e74\u300d\uff08IYBSSD2022\uff09\uff0c\u8ddf\u8457\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u8d77\u7814\u7a76\u6d6a\u6f2b\u7684\u6eff\u5929\u661f\u6597\uff01<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6d3b\u52d5\u958b\u5834\u7531\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b78\u5929\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u9577 \u5468\u7fca\u8001\u5e2b\u5148\u5e36\u9818\u5927\u5bb6\u9032\u5165\u5929\u6587\u7684\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u8001\u5e2b\u76f8\u7576\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u89e3\u8aaa\u95dc\u65bc\u5b87\u5b99\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f9e\u53e4\u81f3\u4eca\u7684\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u554f\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u53e4\u4ee3\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u89c0\u5929\u3001\u5360\u661f\u8853\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u6b72\u6708\u53c8\u7d2f\u7a4d\u4e86\u591a\u5c11\u6b77\u53f2\u3002\u5468\u8001\u5e2b\u5c0d\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u505a\u4e86\u76f8\u7576\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u9700\u8981\u7e1d\u5bc6\u898f\u5283\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6821\u6b63\u89c0\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\u7684\u8010\u5fc3\u4e5f\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u614b\u5ea6\u3002\u96d6\u7136\uff0c\u6bd4\u8d77\u56b4\u683c\u63a7\u5236\u74b0\u5883\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5be6\u9a57\uff0c\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u6703\u767c\u751f\u7684\u300c\u610f\u5916\u300d\u986f\u5f97\u591a\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u300c\u610f\u5916\u300d\u4e2d\u88ab\u767c\u73fe\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8108\u885d\u661f\u3001\u5b87\u5b99\u80cc\u666f\u8f3b\u5c04\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u53ef\u898b\u89c0\u6e2c\u4e2d\u7684\u610f\u5916\u4e5f\u662f\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u74b0\uff01\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5468\u8001\u5e2b\u4e5f\u544a\u8a34\u5927\u5bb6\u8a31\u591a\u7d44\u6210\u5929\u6587\u5b78\u7406\u8ad6\u548c\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7269\u7406\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u96fb\u78c1\u6ce2\u3001\u5e36\u96fb\u7c92\u5b50\u53ca\u5149\u8b5c\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u5404\u7a2e\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u5834\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u807d\u5b8c\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u90fd\u5c0d\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u548c\u5b87\u5b99\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u6709\u4e86\u76f8\u7576\u591a\u7684\u77ad\u89e3\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u7dca\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u4e0b\u4e00\u7ad9\u5e36\u8457\u5927\u5bb6\u4f86\u5230\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b78\u79d1\u5b78\u4e00\u9928\u7684\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u53f0\uff0c\u7531\u975c\u5b9c\u6f22\u5f97\u905c\u70ba\u5927\u5bb6\u8aaa\u660e\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u5404\u9805\u7a2e\u985e\u53ca\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u6298\u5c04\u5f0f\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u53ca\u53cd\u5c04\u5f0f\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u3001\u9762\u93e1\u53ca\u76ee\u93e1\u7684\u539f\u7406\u3001\u76f8\u6a5f\u4e2d\u7684\u611f\u5149\u5143\u4ef6\uff08CCD\u3001CMOS\uff09\u3001\u7d93\u7def\u5100\u53ca\u8d64\u9053\u5100\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u96f6\u4ef6\u3001\u7d20\u6750\u90fd\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e00\u4e0d\u53ef\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e5f\u8b1b\u8ff0\u4e86\u5149\u8b5c\u4e2d\u7684\u984f\u8272\u5982\u4f55\u5c0d\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u7167\u7247\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u984f\u8272\u5373\u662f\u300c\u6ce2\u6bb5\u300d\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5957\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u6ce2\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u6563\u767c\u4e0d\u540c\u96fb\u78c1\u6ce2\u7684\u661f\u9ad4\uff01\u5929\u6587\u89c0\u6e2c\u5be6\u5728\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u795e\u5947\u53c8\u795e\u79d8\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5927\u5bb6\u5728\u770b\u5230\u90a3\u4e9b\u58ef\u89c0\u7684\u5929\u6587\u7167\u7247\u6642\uff0c\u773c\u775b\u90fd\u70ba\u4e4b\u4e00\u4eae\uff01<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u73fe\u5834\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u89c0\u5bdf\u79d1\u4e00\u9928\u5929\u6587\u53f0\u5167\uff0c\u53e3\u5f9161\u516c\u5206\u53cd\u5c04\u5f0f\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5927\u5230\u5927\u5bb6\u5fc5\u9808\u4e00\u500b\u4e00\u500b\u722c\u6a13\u68af\u4e0a\u53bb\u5bdf\u770b\u3001\u62cd\u7167\uff0c\u4f46\u52a0\u4e0a\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u66f4\u52a0\u77ad\u89e3\u671b\u9060\u93e1\u7684\u539f\u7406\u3002\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u4e5f\u62ff\u8d77\u4e86\u624b\u6301\u5f0f\u5149\u8b5c\u5100\uff0c\u73fe\u5834\u7684\u6c23\u6c1b\u76f8\u7576\u6d3b\u7d61\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u5728\u5929\u6587\u53f0\u5167\u5230\u8655\u63a2\u7d22\u3001\u63d0\u554f\uff0c\u770b\u4f86\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u5929\u6587\u5100\u5668\u6709\u8457\u975e\u5e38\u5927\u7684\u8208\u8da3\uff01<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
