She received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and her Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2012. She subsequently worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan, from 2012 to 2014, and as a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Fu Jen Catholic University, New Taipei City, Taiwan, from 2014 to 2020.
