identification of flavor profiles of citrus and other agricultural commodities (lychee, mango, tea, etc.)<br>&#8211; investigation into flavor modulation, aroma and taste interactions, aroma release, and taste modulation<br>&#8211; exploration of health benefits of citrus, citrus byproducts, and other agricultural commodities<br>&#8211; The study of multi-omics (metabolomics, proteomics, etc.) to aid in early disease diagnosis and pathology insights<br>&#8211; \u63a2\u7d22\u67d1\u6a58\u3001\u67d1\u6a58\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8fb2\u7522\u54c1\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u76ca\u8655<br>&#8211; \u7814\u7a76\u591a\u9ad4\u5b78\uff08\u5982\uff1a\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9ad4\u5b78\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u9ad4\u5b78\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u5354\u52a9\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u75c5\u7406\u5b78\u898b\u89e3<br>&#8211;
