Professor Li-Huei Tsai is the Director of the Picower Institute for Learning and Memory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Picower Professor of Neuroscience at the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences. Tsai is interested in elucidating the pathogenic mechanisms underlying neurological disorders that impact learning and memory. She uses multi-omic approach to decipher the pathophysiology of Alzheimer\u2019s dementia (AD). Her team pioneered the use of patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) to produce various brain cell types and a novel 3D brain tissue model (miBrain) inclusive of a biomimetic BBB, myelinated neurons, and immune components to model AD pathology. She also pioneered the use of non-invasive sensory stimulation to treat AD. Tsai is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors, a Member of the National Academy of Medicine, an Academician of the Academia Sinica in Taiwan, and a Member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. She is a recipient of the Mika Salpeter Lifetime Achievement Award, and the 2018 Hans Wigzell Research Foundation Science Prize for her research on Alzheimer\u2019s disease. In 2022 she was named a Visiting Professor of the Vallee Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8521\u7acb\u6167\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u4efb\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u5b78\u9662\u76ae\u8003\u723e\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u9577\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u662f\u8166\u8207\u8a8d\u77e5\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u76ae\u8003\u723e\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u6388\u3002\u8521\u6559\u6388\u5c0d\u65bc\u91d0\u6e05\u5f71\u97ff\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u4e4b\u795e\u7d93\u75be\u75c5\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u6a5f\u5236\u6df1\u611f\u8208\u8da3\u3002\u5979\u4f7f\u7528\u55ae\u4e00\u7d30\u80de\u591a\u9ad4\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f86\u89e3\u6790\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u7684\u75c5\u7406\u751f\u7406\u5b78\u3002\u5979\u7684\u5718\u968a\u7387\u5148\u5229\u7528\u60a3\u8005\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u8a98\u5c0e\u6027\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u51fa\u5404\u5f0f\u578b\u614b\u7684\u8166\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4e26\u958b\u767c\u51fa\u7528\u65bc\u65b0\u7a4e\u3001\u7528\u65bc\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u76843D\u8166\u7d44\u7e54\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u4eff\u751f\u8840\u8166\u5c4f\u969c\u3001\u9ad3\u9798\u5316\u795e\u7d93\u539f\uff0c\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u6210\u4efd\u3002\u540c\u6642\u5979\u4e5f\u4f7f\u7528\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u7684\u611f\u5b98\u523a\u6fc0\u4f86\u6cbb\u7642\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u3002\u8521\u6559\u6388\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u79d1\u5b78\u4fc3\u9032\u6703\u6703\u58eb\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u767c\u660e\u5bb6\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u58eb\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u58eb\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u4e2d\u7814\u9662\u9662\u58eb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u570b\u85dd\u8853\u8207\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u58eb\u3002\u5979\u69ae\u7372Mika Salpeter\u7d42\u8eab\u6210\u5c31\u734e\uff0c\u4e26\u6191\u85c9\u5176\u5728\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u9818\u57df\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7372\u5f972018\u5e74Hans Wigzell\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u734e\u3002\u57282022\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u7372\u8058\u70baVallee \u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u7684\u5ba2\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
